Description
Early 19th century milestone at the junction of B6265 and Hartlington Raikes Road. The crudely cut triangular section shaft is inscribed ‘Burnsall 2 miles’ ‘Skipton 11 miles’ with pointing hands. Possibly erected by the parish or township.
Location
Leave Hebden travelling east on the B6265 for 1 mile. The stone is at the junction of B6265 and Hartlington Raikes Road on a small island.
