Cumbria Guided Walk

A fairly level walk apart from the climb up the motte at Castlehaw. Start from either of the two town centre car parks in Sedbergh. There is the option to do a short linear walk to and from Brigflatts Quaker Meeting House or visit it as part of the longer main walk route. Sedberg is well served by busses:

Main Walk

Distance: 6.6 miles /10.6 km
Ascent and Descent: 730' / 220m (includes the Castlehaw motte)

The main walk without the visit to Brigflatts is 5 miles / 8 km. A there and back walk to the Quaker Meeting House at Brigflatts is 3 miles / 4.8km.
